About Me

I’m a woman set on empowering the female voice and feminine leadership.

How do I do this? Through personal contributions as a meditation teacher, speech coach and mentor, workshop facilitator, life coach, public speaker, mandala artist and yoga therapist in training.

I continue to understand and navigate my own edges in life as I support women to create space for themselves to step into their full potential.

I hope to cause ripples and change in people’s lives, and support women to feel joyful and confident. I’m conscious of setting an example for my two strong daughters as they navigate the world. I want to be a positive influence as they take it all in.

We’re always evolving and I’m here to support you to do that in a positive, rewarding direction that aligns with your values and goals.

Intentions

I started out with a mission…

To rein in the negative self-talk that holds us back from living and loving to our capacity.

To help women understand the moments we fear are opportunities to grow – and awareness of when, how and why this happens is key.

To show when we focus on what brings us joy, we can inspire others to do the same.

Methods

After many years' experience working with women, the methods I’ve found and developed have proven to work.

It Starts From Within

Meditation and mindfulness help to rewire the nervous system and give you a stronger internal and outwards voice.

Together, we reframe how you see yourself, then change how you feel in every part of your life.

Give speaking skills room to grow

Developing your public speaking skills gives you the confidence to communicate with others – and yourself too. We do this in a safe environment.

Supporting First Nations voices

For 20 years, I’ve collaborated with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, supporting groups and people to visualise their direction and make it a reality. 

These workshops are co-designed to be localised, appropriate and meaningful for the people and communities involved.

These are some of the organisations I’ve been lucky enough to partner with:

  • the Great Barrier Reef Foundation

  • The Nature Conservancy 

  • the Queensland Indigenous Womens Ranger Network 

  • the PNG women’s delegation, supported through The Nature Conservancy

  • Torres Strait Islands Regional Council.
