This 6 session intensive program can support every single woman – wherever she is at with public speaking.

This 6 session program is designed to help you rewire your nervous system around public speaking, find your unique voice, clarify YOUR unique message, and share your truth.

The focus is to support you in transforming your relationship to fear, resistance, anxiety and being in “performance mode” or having to put on “armour and power through” public speaking, so that you have the experience of feeling grounded, safe, connected to your heart and gut instinct, and authentic in your speaking.

You are going to learn some unorthodox practices that are core to what WomanSpeak is about (come with an open mind !) and you will have lots of opportunity to practice while also clarifying key aspects of the wisdom, insights and ideas that live inside of you and need to be shared.
